Hole-Jones, Caroline

Caroline founded Splash Communications in 1996 – a boutique communications agency specialising in Recruitment and Employment – soon billed as the UK’s fastest growing agency, working with many of the UK’s leading brands.  Within this, Caroline led external comms for The Forum of Professional Recruiters as well as FRES / The IEC where she was integral to the REC merger, conceptualising / launching initiatives such as National Temporary Workers Week.  She also worked with former PM, Tony Blair and Kofi Annan across G8 Pledges to TAPP and having sold Splash in 2016, formed The Word Consultancy specialising in national comms across Recruitment, Employment and the associated supply chain.
