Chris has particular expertise advising businesses in the recruitment and construction sectors on the legal and regulatory framework around temporary labour supply. He is an expert on issues surrounding employment status, IR35 and the AWR. He also has expertise on the enforcement of restrictive covenants and prevention of data theft within the recruitment sector in particular.
